Shipping policy

At Prabhu Vasan Bhandar, we aim to process and deliver your orders safely and on time. Please read the following shipping terms before placing your order.

1. Shipping Locations

We accept online orders from customers across India, subject to product and courier service availability.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for selected locations in Navsari and Gujarat.

For locations where COD is not available, customers can place orders using the online payment options available at checkout.

2. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide tracking details through the contact information provided during checkout, where available.
Processing time may be longer during festivals, sales, holidays or periods of unusually high order volume.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is generally 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location, courier availability and product.

Delivery to some remote or service-restricted areas may take additional time.

The delivery timelines shown at checkout or communicated by our team are estimates and are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Shipping charges may vary depending on:

Delivery location
Order weight and size
Product type
Courier service availability

Any applicable shipping charges will be payable by the customer unless a free-shipping offer is specifically mentioned.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, tracking information will be shared with you where available.

You can use the tracking details provided to check the current status of your shipment.

If you have not received tracking information within the expected processing period, please contact our customer support team.

6. Delivery Address

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including:

Mobile number
House/Shop number
Street/Area
City
State
PIN code

Prabhu Vasan Bhandar is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

7. Failed Delivery / Unavailable Customer

If the courier is unable to deliver your order because the customer is unavailable, the address is incorrect, or the customer refuses to accept the shipment, the courier may attempt redelivery according to its procedures.

For COD orders, repeated delivery failures or refusal to accept an order may affect future COD eligibility.

8. Damaged Package

Please check the package carefully when you receive it.

If the package appears damaged, opened or tampered with, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs/videos of the package and product.

For eligible products, damage-related claims will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
